The Humility Project - Kindness Recycled™

Remember my post last month about Boom Boom! Cards? This is the deck of “call to action” cards with simple acts of kindness prompts you commit and then track on their website. Well I discovered greeting cards recently called Kindness Recycled™ Cards that are also designed to be registered, passed along, and tracked online. These cards consist of a ‘compliment,’ ‘service,’ or ‘just because' message on one side and registration instructions on the other.
How it works (from the website)
For those who have purchased the cards: Register your card id # online on our website and share your thoughts.
When you're ready, pass your card to a deserving person.
Watch your card travel online and see how far it travels!
For those who have received a card:
Register the card id you received online via our website or by scanning the QR code from your mobile phone.
Blog about how you received your card.
When you're ready, pass the card to the next deserving person.
Watch your card travel online and see how far its traveled and who has received it!
Cool Beans! Another grassroots organization sharing the love online.

Your story and this site
Your story and this site reminds me of the film project I'm working on American Bear. It is simply a beautiful exploration of the kindness that strangers exhibit
in this country. The two students who made the project went around the
country for 60 days relying on the kindness of strangers for shelter
each night and documented their experience. The insight that they shed
on this underexposed subject is so powerful!
